Managing Director, Don Tulley has a wealth of management and leadership experience gained from both commercial industries and government services within Australia and overseas.

Working as a General Manager for both Multinationals and SMEs in the Telecommunications, Electronic Security and Fire Sectors for almost 10 years, Don became frustrated with the generalist approach to recruitment within the Construction & Building Service Industries. Don utilized his wealth of commercial and industry experience to establish BSRA in 2006, assisting companies in finding employees with proven expertise that will assure positive outcomes.

Don is well regarded within the Recruitment Industry and has quickly established BSRA as a recruiter of choice to many companies and candidates with the Building Services Industry. Don effectively partners with his clients to provide innovative and strategic recruitment solutions.

Don has Business Qualifications from Mt Eliza Business School and has completed numerous other vocational and management courses. Don stays up to date with current Recruitment and Industry Best Practice through his membership of the NPA Worldwide Recruiting Network and other Industry Professional Associations.

LYNETTE YOUNG

Lynette Young has over 20 years’ experience in Operations, Logistics and Customer Service Management. After a successful career spanning numerous industries and sectors including Construction, Telecommunications, Electronic Security, Oil and State Government, Lynette established her own Consulting and Training Business in 2003. In this capacity Lynette devised and delivered OHS+E Management Systems, Operations Processes, Procedures and Manuals, Business, Operations and OHS training programs and also Project Managed IT Migrations and rollout Workforce technologies.

Lynette has completed a BA in Applied Communications, a Post Graduate Diploma at Macquarie Graduate School and a CERT IV in Workplace Assessment and Training. In 2008 Lynette joined forces with BSRA where she provides a quality-oriented service, in permanent selection and temporary staff recruitment.

MICK O'SULLIVAN

Mick O’Sullivan has joined BSRA after a career of 27 years covering Sales, Operations & General Management.  He has worked in a variety of industries including Construction, Maintenance Engineering & Service, Logistics and Government Departments.

Serving in senior roles across these industries, Mick has developed significant, commercial business acumen, which provides him a clear understanding of market pressures and the inherent drivers to finding good staff.  Having been on the other side of the fence, filling numerous roles in sales, project management, administration and operations, he is well versed in qualifying candidates from a “business fit”, in addition to position, skills and experience.

Mick spent the last 11 years within the same construction & service business, starting out as a Sales Representative/ Business Development Manager and ending as the General Manager.  He attributes the rapid rise through the business to hard work, dedication and an ability to problem solve where others could not.  He uses this tenacity, dedication and above all else, integrity, to grow strong business and personal relationships and deliver against a traditional, customer service attitude.

Mick holds various qualifications through industry bodies and is currently completing a Masters of Law.

Outside of his working life Mick foolhardily enjoys long distance running, Ironman Triathlon, Ocean Swimming and watching any and ALL sport.

ANNE LEEDS

Anne has over 15 years’ experience in Recruitment & HR Operations, Talent Attraction & Aquisition & Business Administration and has worked within Engineering Consultancy, Mining & Building Services Sectors. In addition, Anne has gained valuable experience both as an elite athlete and through her time working within high performance sporting environments.


Anne has completed a BSci. Psychology (ACU) and a Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management (Deakin).


In 2015 Anne joined BSRA where she provides best practice recruitment services and operational support in permanent selection and temporary staff recruitment.

Originally from Cambridge in the UK, Gemma started a career in Human Resources for the Software Engineering Industry throughout the UK and Europe.

Relocating to Melbourne in 2010 has seen her gain exposure to both the Mining and Engineering Consultancy Sectors, including two years site based.

Joining BSRA in late 2016, Gemma provides support to the team members in both Melbourne and Sydney.”

Having completed a BA in Business Studies with French and a Post Graduate Diploma from the Chartered Institute of Marketing, Jane keenly applies her business skills and support to the Sydney team.
